Too many lender tabs. Too much second-guessing. Turn one client scenario into a clearer shortlist—and a better next conversation.
FAMILIAR LENDERS.
One clearer starting point.
Catalogue inclusion does not imply a partnership or endorsement. Recorded information needs current lender confirmation.
A policy PDF here. A lender portal there. Notes from last week’s call, somewhere. Your client needs a way forward. First, you have to find the information.
Fundwise brings the research into focus.
The recorded rules. The missing details.
The next question worth asking.
All in your line of sight.
Choose an example to see how a scenario comes together.
GOOD INFORMATION.The ambition behind the request. The detail that changes the picture. The question a form never thinks to ask.
That’s where your expertise matters. Fundwise keeps the lender research together, so your next conversation starts with more context.
Keep the client context, the research
and the next action together.
Choose the tools you need.
Import a client CSV, look up an ABN and review its active-age default. Saved business and credit facts prefill the next deal. Or use paid AI credits to extract client details from a document, review them and apply.
Review supported CSV, JSON and Illion statement data. Apply revenue after your own checks. PDF AI extraction uses paid credits and consent.
Research policy sources and prepare a credit-review draft when OpenAI is configured. The credit cost is shown before you confirm.
Keep deals, shortlists and notes together. Review the recipient, message and selected statements before confirming any BDM send.
Connect a server-side workflow with a scoped key. Review explicitly saved leads in your inbox, then choose to create a client and draft deal.
Your reputation rides on the questions you ask. You deserve a tool that shows its working.

No. Fundwise compares your inputs with recorded criteria. It highlights known rules, possible knockouts and missing information. Lenders still assess the application, affordability, documentation and current policy. Product limits are not a client’s borrowing capacity.
The current catalogue contains the supplied Visro panel: 19 lenders, 26 products and 98 variants, with updates managed by Fundwise administrators. Source dates and information gaps remain visible. It is not a live lender-policy feed, so always confirm current criteria with the lender.
Nothing is sent to a lender automatically. Saved research stays in your account. You choose what to research and what to share. Fundwise does not run credit checks or connect bank accounts.
